PEPA Rap Group item

This term I was rapping in PEPA 2012. This is a performing arts group at school. I performed a rap called 'Lose Yourself' by Eminem. I did the rap with Isaiah, Antonio and Uili. My Mum and Nanna came to watch me rap on the night.

Neo's weekends

Weekends are so cool, you could go to your friends house and play Xbox 360 and have a sleepover or play sport with your dad or rub your dog's belly.

On Saturday I went to the indoor skate park called sun sk8 with my Mum, it's my favorite indoor park and you have to pay five dollars, when I went through the door I was a bit nervous, but there was only two people there.

I was suppose to have skateboard lessons but EBS canceled it, but one of my skate friends were there and he thought the lessons were on too, so I stayed a little while then we left, he went home but I went to another skate park in glendowie.

Neo swimming

Skateboarding

On saturday 19 of may, I had skateboarding lessons from EBS. We went to sun skate, it’s an indoor skatepark and ashley a church too.It cost five dollars to get in and cost ten dollars for skate lessons. As I was walking in I was a bit nerves, that happens every time I walk in.
In time to time I learn more moves and more moves and more moves so I can be like Tony Hawk.

Neo glen Innes swimming pools

At term 2, we went swimming pool lessons. first we had to get our togs and plastic bag because without our togs we won’t be able to swim. we walk down to glen innes pools and get changed in the changing room and then jumped in the pool. there’s three groups, group three get’s to go in the big pool and group two and 1 have to go in the medium pool. Swimming can be a lot of fun but it is important to learn because if you don’t you will drown.

Neo Aussie rules

At school, my class room 16 and me learned how to play Aussie rules, followed by room 17, who were learning too.
The skills we learnt, were how to pass the ball,  like when doing a pirate dance,  by swaying your arms.
Well, at the beginning we did some warm ups by running up and down the netball courts, and touching the painted line on the ground, and then ran back, to where we were, a few times.
After that, we were ready to start doing passing drills. That was fun.
We were in groups of 3, and we had to pass the ball to each other. I dropped the ball a few times, but then I got the hang of it.
Then we played bull rush with an Aussie rules ball, and we had 3 rounds of playing it together.
I got hit with the ball on my back, while playing bull rush, then I got out. I had heaps of fun playing the games, on that day.
