Jimi Hendrix

Jimi hendrix, an african american musician from Seattle, Washington. Jimi Hendrix is the number one greatest guitarist. Although Jimi hendrix’s career was short, he has given a great influence to many other guitarist.


Hendrix started his life as a guitarist at the age of 15. He was also enlisted for the US army in 1961. Then got an honorable discharge.
He moved to Tennessee in Clarksville.


Hendrix was inspired by electric blues and rock and roll. Hendrix’s ancestry included 3 different colches, Cherokee, Irish and African American.


He began his gigs at Chitlin’ Circuit. Hendrix struggled to get a living wage, and this is when Hendrix formed a band. He met a guitarist/bassist named Noel Redding in London.


Soon after, a drummer named Mitch Mitchell joined Hendrix’s band. They named their band The Experience. Jimi Hendrix’s was very energetic during his gigs and performed extremely insane.


Hendrix then died at the age of 27 in 1970. Hendrix was unconscious during his sleep. His death was caused by a mixture of alcohol and sleeping pills
